  • A free consultation to learn about you and your goals but for you to also meet us and ask us anything.

 

  • A workout plan that is personalised to you for the duration of your sessions, no copying and pasting here. Each plan is designed for YOU.

 

  • A well-being guide and support for your mental wellbeing if needed.

 

  • Weekly in person 1 to 1 training sessions where we work together to hit those goals!

  • Access to a small selection of fitness classes each week through a private page on our website.

 

  • Nutritional Guidance (if wanted)

 

  • ​WHATSAPP support (Mon-Fri 9-5)

ONLINE COACHING

WHAT DO I GET?

  • A free consultation to learn about you and your goals but for you to also meet us and ask us anything.

  • A workout plan that is personalised to you for the duration of your sessions, no copying and pasting here. Each plan is designed for YOU.

  • A well-being guide and support for your mental wellbeing if needed.

  • A scheduled day/days and time each week for you to do your training so that you stay on track.

  • Demonstration videos and feedback on your training to help you reach your goals. You will need to film your training session each week.

  • Access to a small selection of fitness classes each week through a private page on our website.

  • Nutritional Guidance (if wanted)

  • ​WHATSAPP support (Mon-Fri 9-5)

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

This is not your normal coaching, we put your wellbeing first. Don't want to weigh yourself? That's fine! Don't want to track calories? Also fine! Our goal is to help you find a love for exercise, feel confident and happy while hitting YOUR GOALS. Our job is to educate you so you go away knowing exactly how you can achieve that.

WANTING TO help with your staff or students wellbeing?

FITNESS CLASSES

Keeping your staff active has been proven to benefit businesses in how they work. We can teach physical classes in your work place in the weekly or nationally as a one off event. These classes can be tailored to your staff and have been used by the likes of Westfield Health weekly, gyms and within schools and universities in the UK.

Classes can also be conducted online through Zoom nationally. This is currently being done daily by us for businesses across the UK. This gives your staff the ability to stay active from their home and helps benefit you as a caring business.

These can help improve your staff or students mental wellbeing.

WELLBEING WALKS
